I found something interesting today. I tried the offer wall on mobile again with the same result. I then turned of WI-FI and tried again and it worked correctly. Did a one offer for 10 credits and 2 Peanut Labs surveys for 126 credits each. To test I turned WI-FI back on and only the credit reward videos worked.
But, the kicker here was that they claimed that they often paid the best rate out of all of the bigger competitors. While this seemed to be true at first, I really wanted to dive in and see what the website had to offer and if it was worth joining.
I usually only go for surveys that jump straight to the questions, not asking me for any personal information. I stress it a ton, but this is the reason Swagbucks is #1 in this space. They offer surveys that just ask you questions and there are plenty of them, trust me on this.
As the offer wall is the same on every website, it means the offer you see on GrabPoints via these walls will be on other sites as well, but the thing is that GrabPoints can set their own rates and it really comes down to how much they want to profit off of you.
As this title implies, this section allows you to watch videos, most of which are through third-party offer walls. If you like the idea of watching videos and getting paid, I did write about 28+ ways you can get paid to watch videos in the past. Check it out when you get a chance!
While offers can make you some nice money, you have to be careful here as a lot of them will require you to use your credit card if they ask you to sign up for a trial. While some of these can be worth your time, just make sure you always read the terms and conditions as to how you can claim your points as well as make sure you cancel your account before they bill your card again.
Aside from the offers that require a credit card, you can find some free offers as well, such as signing up for a raffle or even a free service. With a lot of these offers, just be prepared for a ton of emails, a reason why I recommend you create a separate email account/alias just for these types of websites.
GrabPoints did a good job telling you what needed to be done on your part, so, again, just make sure you at least read the directions before completing your offer to ensure that you get your reward points.
RevenueUniverse support team can be contacted by clicking on the Human Icon on the offerwall page. An Offer Status page will appear with all offers attempted. You can click the Contact Support for further assistance.
However, the warning sign usually comes once the user logs in and sees these deliberately questionable approaches to get even more income than just pushing the user to work with their supported partners. With this said, let us look at exactly what dealing with the offer wall results in.
Solar2D supports a wide variety of ad providers, each offering a variety of unit types to suit your design/UI needs and monetization goals. The following sections outline the core options.
Rewarded videos are an exciting alternative to normal video interstitial ads. With this ad type, you offer users in-app currency or virtual rewards in exchange for watching an ad. Most customers respond well to rewarded videos since they'll happily watch a short video to earn an instant reward.
Offer walls are like rewarded videos in that the user is rewarded for various actions (offers). Offers can range from purchasing a magazine subscription to installing an app. Essentially, users are presented with a screen containing multiple offers and they can decide which they are interested in, then complete the task to receive their reward.
Offer walls are full-screen entities and they should be presented at logical pause points in the app. You (the developer) get paid per completed offer and some offers are worth more than others. In general, you will need to set up your own exchange rate and offer users higher rewards for completing higher-tier offers.
Polls and surveys focus on gathering information from the user, after which you get paid for helping the advertiser collect valuable intelligence. For example, a company might offer a survey about customer habits and desires in order to improve their marketing efforts (and they're willing to pay for that data).
