Reaper skins are ok, but the implementation is such a pain in the ***. Plus, they ALWAYS look better as screen shots than they do in practice. And since all the themes are done pro bono they rarely get finished. the menus and filing structure rely on OS graphics, so there is always weird contrasts.
The problem with Reaper skins is stuff is in different places depending on the skin used and some functions are just not there in the skin, Ill pass. Wasted programming time for S1 IMO. Change the color options to what you like and be done with it

Yes, in theory skins are interesting, in practice they make learning/training/discovery tougher, especially when they change the way controls works (knobs become sliders, buttons different sizes/placements, and move things around.)
Themes are switchable skins that let you configure the color scheme and font for your Visual Studio editor. The marketplace currently has over 5000 themes available and covers both Visual Studio 2019 and Visual Studio Code, each created to visually optimize how code is displayed. This is done through pre-configurations of how functions, modules, classes, and parts of code are colored. 153554b96e
